WILLIAMSBURG, Va.-- Colonel John Bessler, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, administers an oath to several College of William and Mary ROTC cadets. By taking the oath, cadets are appointed in the U.S. Army Cadet Corps to a rank of cadet, similar in fashion to a commissioned officer.
